Croissan'Time has been baking in Coral Ridge since 1986, and the vintage matters here. This is a real French bakery, not an approximation of one, with breads and croissants made from scratch on site and baguettes coming out of the oven every half hour. The macaroons are the house signature, made with natural coloring rather than the neon versions you see elsewhere, and the pastry case stretches from cakes and tarts to homemade chocolate candies.
Beyond the sweets, the deli side is worth knowing about. They carry European specialty items like foie gras, merguez, boudin, caviar, and salmon, plus wine and cheese cut to order, which sets it apart from a standard croissant shop. Sandwiches are built to order on those fresh baguettes, and the menu also covers quiches, croque-monsieurs, and crepes, making this as viable for lunch as it is for breakfast.
It's a snug space, so this leans more toward grab-and-go or a quick solo breakfast than a lingering sit-down meal. But the staff know their pastries and are generous with guidance if you're unsure what to order, and the quality has stayed consistent enough to make this a genuine neighborhood institution rather than a novelty stop.
